Well I have my serious reservations regarding opera VPN since its now owned by Chinese who censors their own internet! Expecting privacy from Opera is highly doubtful. I however recommend ExpressVPN as my go to choice to bypass GDPR lock out. This VPN services has been tried and tested and doesn't even fall in 5 eyes 9 eyes and 14 eyes countries. However its not free but excellent privacy my friends comes with a cost.0
