    Outstanding October's NSD Challenge

Outstanding October's NSD Challenge 1st Oct 19 at 10:14 AM
This challenge is about setting yourself a weekly/monthly target of how many No Spend Days you would like to try and achieve during the month of October.

To join, just post your personal target and you are on your way.

    Tips for the challenge;
    1. Decide on a clear goal weekly or monthly of how many No Spend days you'd like to try and achieve. You can go target-free if you'd like!

    2. Create a list of allowances ... What counts as a spend and what doesn't. If you want to say what your exceptions are (eg if you're not going to include groceries, pet food or petrol), that's great too!

    October

    = off to a start!

    = five days

    = 10 days

    = 15 days

    = 20 days

    = target reached
    = target beaten

SpekySquarehead, you know you can have exceptions with your purchases that don't count towards your no-spend tally? Things like petrol, groceries or bills. Just saying. I know some people do think of a no-spend day as one in which not a cent is spent but it can be a little less stark than that.

Anyway, no NSD yesterday either as I had to pay £4 for football. Avoided temptation on the way home for some food, too.

I have had three NSDs in a row .
Friday and Saturday were long days working,no time to spend money.
Today (Sunday),I bought milk on my way home from work ,and milk is one of my exclusions on this challenge.
    This makes my score 7/10

I've been having a nightmare. Stuck on 7 NSD's which is poor from me.

Got the physio today to the tune of £47.50, so no NSD today either. Tomorrow should be though!
