Have you spotted a birthday freebie or discount?

We have a full list of them checked out with the relevant press offices. (We even sent our Jordon out to test some!)

Click "reply" below to discuss it or tell us if you've spotted one we don't have in the list

Yes, I have. IKEA send an email, then you have 3wks or do to visit store and print off your £5 voucher from the machine as you enter. There is no minimum spend either.

All I got this year was the IKEA voucher. Used to get a voucher from Iceland for a free dessert (to value of £1.50 I think, used to choose the cheesecake), and a voucher for £2 for flowers from Morrisons, and something like a handcream from Superdrug. Sadly these seem to have come to an end.

As you, I've never had any birthday vouchers from them.
Contacted them about it and they said those birthday vouchers are random and not sent to everyone those birthday is due.

I am registered with tassimo.co.uk for coffee cartridges and have just received a birthday code for 2 free packs on a £30 online spend (excluding delivery costs).
Probably won't work for me as I can usually find good offers at Asda and Tesco for my regular drinks, but would be great for anyone wanting something from the broader online range.

    Birthday Freebies
I get a £5 voucher from Argos on my birthday. I sometimes get other offers from stores etc, just because they have my birthday date.

And if you live in the area for Titanic Breweries and have a loyalty card, you get a free drink (doesn't have to be on that day)

I don't seem to have received the Paperchase £5 this year. I've received it in previous years, but not this. Upon checking my online account I've noticed that despite having a card, registering and using it, it no longer seems to be registered on my account. Guess I'll have to contact them and have a moan about it.

I've also noticed that Morrisons seem to have discontinued their free bar of chocolate on your birthday. Or is it just me that didn't receive a voucher this year?

I normally get the £5 Body Shop voucher. Last year it worked out perfectly. They had these mini shower gel and lotion sets reduced from £5 to £1 so got 5 completely free. Hurrah.

JD Gyms send me an email so I can take anyone else for free to the gym during my birthday week. Why do none of my mates want to take me up on this one?

Boots send me a double points voucher for the whole of my birthday month.

Also got a voucher via email from Black House Grill which is a posh restaurant in Leeds under the Living Ventures umbrella for a free main when you purchase another one. I signed up to their newsletter many moons ago.

Has anyone tried being oxygen blasted by Elizabeth Arden in Debenhams? I've got a beauty card there and wouldn't mind trying it out. It just sounds a bit scary.

Superdrug- x 4 points valid for 2 weeks (and multiple uses I think)

something off from Bonmarche, All Beauty (10% discount?) Not likely to use either... in fact last time I used a birthday code from BM it said not valid!!

    £5 Hobbycraft- no minimum spend

    But no freebies at all

The only one I am likely to use is Superdrug

I got a free Krispy Kreme donut (and remembered to ask for a receipt to get another free next time), a free donut from Greggs and a free muffin with a coffee from Cafe Benugo.
