DRO ended???
Options
Hi, I took my dro out on 18/10/2018. I’ve logged into the insolvency register and it says ‘Status: Currently Subject To Debt Relief Order : Moratorium Period ended on 19 October 2019 See FootNote
Footnote says ‘Footnote The debtor’s Moratorium Period End Date is in accordance with Section 251H of The Insolvency Act 1986. As of this date the debtor will be discharged from the qualifying debts’
So does this mean I’ve been discharged or not yet? Does the status change to discharged?
Thanks

The status will change to discharged shortly, normally when it updates again, but may take a little longer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
