    30th July: Made a purchase through TCB
    7th August: Made a claim, as it hadn't tracked
    14th October: Claim updated and is now "confirmed"
    15th October: Made an HCB claim to match Quidco
    16th October: HCB claim declined "Reason: Claim has not been submitted within 4 weeks of purchase."

    Topcashback's terms for HCP state "Your claim must be submitted within 4 weeks of the transaction showing in your account."



    Can a rep please sort this out?

    @JustAnotherSaver =- The best thing to advise is when wanting to earn cashback; to open your browser from fresh. Clear cookies. Search the retailer and then click through with no other interventions or other tabs etc open.

    @Leanmean - The HCG can be resolved through support ticket or claim after this time, it is easier for us to process however if you do have a screenshot of either the page itself or a message confirming the rate for the day the purchase was made.

    opened AA Savings accounts via you at the end of June and beginning of July. All within a day of each other.


    As of 18th September the status on my accounts were declined and confirmed. I've appealed the declined which is still ongoing.
    My sisters had both paid out
    My brothers and mothers both remain confirmed.



    As a month has passed since then, are you able to comment why when the accounts were opened within a day of each other, most still remain confirmed but not payable a month after some of them became payable?


    For the record, the criteria for the accounts were met in each case.

    @Marvel1 – I can confirm I have replied to you today about this.

    @JustAnotherSaver - The reason these remain confirmed and not payable is because the invoice has not been paid or passed over to us.

    Purchases like this do tend to take a few months, rather than a couple of weeks because the retailer needs to ensure you have made a genuine purchase and not just created this, to pay out the cashback and then do a runner basically.

    However, now the checks have been done and this has been marked as confirmed as soon as that money gets passed down to us, we can then pass this to you. All being well it won’t be long for this to happen.

    Have you stopped offering virtual Mastercard as one of payout methods? Is it temporarily?

    What i would like to know is how I can still be "waiting for merchant" 4 years after the transaction. Every month I get a sorry we are chasing message but this wears thin after 4 years. I am told time is not a valid complaint which I find staggering in this case. Basically the merchant accepts the cashback claim but doesnt want to pay. So just ignores and no one does anything about it. How do I move this forward? It was for a financial product I still use today.

    I was looking to use the Virtual Mastercard Reward Wallet payout option for some Christmas shopping and was quite disappointed to see it no longer available.

    Can you tell me if this payout option is gone permanently or will it be coming back at some point?

    My daughter placed an order which went missing in the post.

    The company resent the items but in order to do so they cancelled the original order and created a new one.

    Will this affect her cashback and her £2.50 bonus cashback?

    Cashback on Trussle
    Hi,
    I visited trussle a few days ago just being nosey really. I setup an account and received details about a mortgage. I can't remember if I clicked a referral link, but I know it wasn't topcashback.

    I was impressed with service and offer so thought I would go through with a mortgage. I haven't submitted my mortgage details as yet, but soon after spotted topcashback had trussle listed. Therefore if I click the topcashback link now and submit my mortgage will I get the commission or will it still be the referral with who I actually clicked and created the account on Trussle and got a mortgage offer?

    Would the best thing to start a fresh and create a new account with trussle and go through same process but make sure I use topcashback?

    Is there any reason why my Amazon purchases don't track? And yes, I've checked they're in the qualifying categories.

    All my other cashback purchases work fine, but I've just had to submit several claims for missing cashback from Amazon as nothing shows up - the last time it showed up was May (that'll teach me to check my earnings more often!)

    My Three purchase in June (way back in post #4549 in this topic) is still mysteriously not being acknowledged and I see that TCB is giving the cause as Three/affilate partner not confirming it.

    "Please understand that this process is likely to take from four weeks to several months"
    Several months have passed.


    I did one contract on TCB for self and one on Quidco for wife both same dates June. Just checked Quidco and wow, the cash is there to withdraw to Paypal!
