Water bill help why so high?. 2nd Aug 19 at 1:33 PM
Hi please help my water is extremely high. In 2017 from 26/06/2017 to 14/12/2017 it says previous 96 and current for 14/02/2017 306 for the 6 month it's said I used 211m2 211,000 liters. This year my bill was low around 220 I enquired and they said that I didn't have a my meter read since 2017. They came back with a bill for 600. I don't know how they checked my house and no leaks.

Have you made sure you have no water running and then had a look at your meter to see if it's still or moving?

If it's moving then there is a leak somewhere.

If it's still, then keep checking the meter before/after a bath/shower, before/after doing washing, before/after washing up etc and make a note of the numbers.

There is no charge for replacing a meter.
