Martin should join in with our 'Keep Moving Challenge 2018' on the Sports and Fitness board.

Well done! Just not achievable for many of us. Last year's average was 13100 a day and that was reasonable. I work in an office, longer than average hours, there is a limit to how far I can move and still have a life!

    It's an impressive achievement.

I'm not sure about this bit though
"Walking across town and back more than once in a day for meetings is commonplace. So as not to lose productivity, I do as many meetings as I can on the phone while Im doing it, so the time is never wasted."

Personally, I'd be rather uncomfortable about conducting or participating in meetings over the phone whilst walking along in public, for reasons both of confidentiality and good manners.
