    you can use a coupon so long as you're buying an item the coupon relates to.

    This came in handy for me as Asda refused a voucher from me yesterday as it was "from the internet." I have emailed them telling them about their own policy.

    Hmm, Asda refused to accept an internet coupon today, I guess I'll be reminding them of their coupon policy tomorrow.

    My local sainsburys will not accept any coupons even if you are buying the product, the amount of times I have had an argument with them over it, even ones coupons they send through the post, never mind internet printed ones.

    Even our Sainsbury Local takes coupons. You should complain to Head Office about your local store.
