TopCashBack new thread HELP PLEASE !

I can't find where to ask questions about TopCashBack so I opened a new thread.
Received a WEM saying I won a considerable amount, called a number and they said to answer the email. I did.
Got an answer it is an unmonitored email.
Has anyone reached this point?

HELP PLEASE !

    Where did you get the number to ring? TCB don't normally give out phone numbers.
    Have you tried ringing the number again and telling them that the email address given isn't monitored and doesn't accept incoming mail?

    Which competition was the win supposed to relate to?

    If you log in to TCB and click on "Account", then click on "Customer Care", then raise and submit a "Support Ticket" using "Other" as a category. Give as much detail as possible such as email date, where it was from, who it was from etc.

    It's some time since I won with TCB, but I vaguely remember that they had already raised a support ticket in my account, to which I had to reply to claim the prize.

    " Thanks for your email, unfortunately it's been received by an
    unmonitored email box."
    Today I sent another email to the same address and no answer received.

    Now, what is the "support ticket" ?

    You do not reply to the e-mail from them - Click on the first link in the post you have quoted and it should take you to the "support ticket" part of your account (you may need to login to your TCB account)

    The email I first received has as a first email an unsubscribe link, as a second email Privacy Policy.
    Neither to be touch atm.
