    The Communications Bill 2003 does not cover the sending and receiving of emails. This has undesirable consequences for email users that have to rely on ISPs and other UK public email service providers. See the e-petition

    Everyone that has an interest in consumer protection should sign it.
    It would help if MSE would promote it also.

    If they want to 'communicate bills' on mse then you've had you chance with House of Commons Q&A, a forum now removed.....
