Hi Guys,

I am in crown court in August. I was just wondering does my mental health effect the court procedure?

Can I ask them to suspend it for a few weeks? I am feeling really anxious and depressed at the moment and having phscotic episodes..

    Options
    Unless you are not fit to plead, there is no reason why they would delay it - I guess most people facing the crown court are pretty depressed and anxious!

    Anything to do with your BNP membership?

    It's a shame your mental health didn't affect your ability to go out and sell drugs, or you wouldn't have to worry about going to court at all....
