H&M Big sale website error

H&M have a great sale online for members. Website also advertises at the reduced price when you search for sizes in store. I like to try clothes on so prefer to shop in store and sizes are running low online. Stores honour that reduced price advertised online. Spoke to customer services today. Loads of the current stock is nearly half price but being sold full price in store. Get a bargain (or order online if you can get the size). Sign up to be a member.

My store doesn't do this - I've asked before, as online prices are often more attractive.

As they are advertising the store price in website customer services say they need to honour it.

In their terms and conditions it states that prices online, in store and in the catalog may differ, so they aren’t obliged to honour the online price in store. If they do, it will be a goodwill guesture.
