    Hi All


    After reading up about the ppi on catalogues I decided to write to Littlewoods, I had two different accounts and they confirmed I had ppi on both accounts (They call it extra care 500.)


    I received a letter on the 8th February stating that they have upheld both my claims and that they would work out how much I paid and send me a letter with a cheque in the next 28 days.


    I located some old statements and found that some months I paid anything from 11- 38 a month.


    One account I had ppi on from 1999 to 2015 when I stopped using the catalogue and the other 2003 to 2015.


    Has anyone else had money back from Littlewoods and did you have to wait the full 28 days?

    Yes they have and some do, some don't.

    Assume it'll be the full 28 days and you won't be disappointed.

    I had a successful claim last year, but I had to get the Ombudsman to intervene because they initially didn't want to pay. It took a few month, but a cheque came quite quickly once they were told to pay up.
