I like the SBMI..... I am only overweight not obese!!!

And it says I have 12 lbs to loose..... I think I can live with that!

I like SBMI too as I’m right where I should be :D which is better than my last MOT where the nurse said I was overweight!!! (Only just but still )

Well done on your loss tie :T
I can see why you were disappointed about the exclusion but it's good that the school draws a line at physical attacks.

Personally I don't go on BMI although I know mine is healthy. I use those height /weight charts and my target is right in the middle of healthy range. Any lower and like beanie says I'd have a scraggy neck. I have been a stone lighter years ago but then I had arms like pipe cleaners.

2 portions of raspberries and 0% yogurt to add to today's plan. It's the Aldi one and every bit as good as Total. :)

I had a laugh with my colleague (she knew I was joking) when I said all the times he’s hurt me, he hurts her once and he’s excluded! She said it was her blonde hair and blue eyes :rotfl:
I know it’s not that it’s just where we’ve got to, after the last incident his dad was warned this would be the next step. In fact we all said he should have been excluded last time. Oh well see what happens now.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I thought that was the case but at least a line has been drawn. Incidentally, how old is his nibs?

I can't seem to stop eating today. At least it's SW friendly stuff. I went to local Co-op for BOB milk and bought a YS pack of turkey slices. It is no more. :o Soon be dinner time. :D

maman, at least you know where you are with your underachieving team. We now have to beat Slovenia just to get the chance to fail again (valiantly) to qualify through the play offs!

Woohoo! The Bairns won again I the diddy cup! But it looks like our goalie may have a broken ankle. Every ray of sunshine has a thunderstorm to follow. No comfort food was necessary.

Well done, gts, TIE, esmy (every little counts 😉 )sunshine, orlao (fabaroony) and Whiplashy. And happy hols to bubbs, and you too, Whiplashy.

Oh, kathrynha, you are just having a rotten time all round. I feel for you. I love that sozzled maman emoji.

I can just see you having a ‘rerr terr’ on a mobility scooter, beanie. Good luck with your savings.

One thing I never had was menopause! Periods just stopped! I had no symptoms either, although one afternoon I did have hot hands! Doc had to tell me I had definitely been through the menopause (was 55 then).

Positive thinking ;) , kathrynha - toast is yum!

I was the same but at 49. Got slightly warm occasionally but that was it really. Think we were lucky!

His nibs is a summer born 7 but emotionally about 3/4 plus other issues. Really hoping for a successful week 🤞🏼

Pleased that no comfort food needed greentiger.

Fortunately they're only my adopted team so I can cope with the mess and look on with some glee!:D My real team need to win tomorrow (is there a biting fingers smiley?).:)

I only ask because too often schools struggle through KS1 (or even the whole of Primary) at great personal cost to staff and other pupils alike only to find that then they get a move to a much needed specialist placement. Sound like now he's in KS2 the school is starting to take action.

I'm only slightly over on syns since Thursday and that's making some overly generous guesses for things where I don't know the exact syns/quantities. As I'm unlikely to need many more after today I'm not concerned.

I'm having HM gravy today and that's difficult to work out syn values for. I'll syn the cornflour and perhaps add in a few more for any fat that gets into the meat juices.
ETA: I just checked on Minimins and that's exactly what they recommend.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, mushrooms, tomatoes, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO patatas bravas with ham and pickles
D: JO pork shoulder on trivet of carrots, celery and red onions:drool:, with SW rosties, swede & carrot mash, cauli, broccoli, red cabbage
    Syns: gravy (4) and gin.:D

Finally have wifi again and have had a quick skim through while we're at the launderette!

Today as more or less been on plan so far today (if you ignore the french bread:D). Had bacon and mushroom omelette for breakfast and HM leek and potato soup for lunch. Tonight's dinner will be mosly on plan as I'm making my version of cassoulet with sausages and chicken (I'll give DH most of the sausage, lol).

Have got just over half bottle of wine for this evening (as long as DH doesn't get another out.)

Well done to a.l the losers and hugs for anyone who needs one.

Enjoy your holidays. Thanks to every one for asking about mine. We are currently in the Maritime Charente Department heading towards the River Gironde which are planning on following for q few days but don't expect to get there for another 2 or 3 days.

    Afternoon all
Had a lovely day out in Bridlington, no coats needed:T:T
We had a massive SW fry up before we went out and not needed anything else:D
We are having chicken and veg for tea, followed by chopped up fruit and muller light.
Last night was not quite so good:o but i usualy save all my syns for Sat for picky tea , but we were out it was DH's birthday but we both made good choices apart from the chips:o i had steak and chicken he had mixed grill but surely 1 portion of chips is not a weeks syns?:rotfl:
We never had pudding but when we came back we had fruit and yoghurt.
Tomorrow we are going to York, having a fry up before we go, bought some m&s skinny sausages to try, so that will be 3 syns, theen we are having chicken curry for tea, i will have cauli rice and he will have normal
Think im going to do my syns different and see if it makes a difference if i have a few a day?
