I tried about 5 times and got the same message, so I switched from Chrome (which I usually use for PA) to Firefox and it's letting me in. Strange!

Have they shortened the reservation time? Just reserved a study and by the time the laptop cranked up it had been returned. Definitely less than the 10 minutes I've had before.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
