We are going away next year for 4 months and are thinking of getting a house-sitter to look after the house while we are away. Our current home insurance will not cover us for this, unless it's a family member.
Can anyone suggest a good policy that will provide cover?

Try a broker then (not Swinton) and they can do the leg work for you.
