So I signed it over to protect her and the children for no consideration. She does owe me half the value of the property but not on paper. The plan is for her eventually to buy me a Flat.

Very trusting of you, though if she doesn't pay out, it would be money that by rights should below to the OR.

I put a family member as a creditor, so had all the letters the OR sent out to the creditors
