Not a good week!Jan Grocery challenge
Budget £350 - Spent £64.45 to date0 -
Pleased with a whopping 5.4lbs loss this week. Lost all my holiday weight & then some.
Definitely back on track, been working hard at it last week (an 8 mile walk on Sunday and a couple of runs) and counting every calorie.
We're buying a house and have sent off a large amount of money for deposit & fees today. Bf suggested a celebratory take away but I resisted & cooked a yummy chicken breast & veg.
Edited to add: My 5.4lbs also means I've lost my first stone!

+ 2lb since last Wednesday.
For the Channel Swim, I just calculated gardening time only = 3 hours and 57 minutes. (Hope that's okay to convert as frustrated with the indoor faulty bicycle mileometer which was working the week before).
The "junky food" need may be getting less now but I don't think that much led to last weeks weight increase.
Thanks.

1.6lb loss this week. Body fat % has dropped by 0.7% too, a 4.1% drop since January.
Had a couple of runs last week & hit the gym today. Bf has been begging for a takeaway all week, but I have resisted.
Pleased with my progress

I probably did about the same as last week regarding diet so decided not to weigh myself. Concerning exercise, I was pleased to get a lot of gardening done and also used the indoor/outdoor bikes. I intended to post the outdoor bike miles figure but forgot about recording the starting figure.
Unfortunately, started this new week poorly by overeating, so unsure what to do next to stop my weight keep on increasing.0 -
