DRO - public information?

Good afternoon!
I have a question I’m finding it impossible to get any answer for.
I understand that a DRO is on a public register for 12 months plus 3 months, and on your credit file for 6 years.
However, how long does it remain in the ‘public records’ section of your credit file?
For example, a CCJ remains in the public records section for 6 years, regardless of whether it is settled. But a default is only visible in the financial information section.
If you apply for credit, the creditor can see all areas of your file - CCJs, defaults, late payments etc. But a prospective employer or landlord can only view your public information.
So my question is -
After the initial 12 months, which I understand is public, would an employer or letting agent be able to see a DRO or would it be moved to the financial info section and treated as a default?
Many thanks.

You are right to say that it will be a matter of public record for 15 months and on your credit file for 6 years BUT it will be permanently available online here :https://www.thegazette.co.uk/.

Not permanent no, 6 years in total, after which it no longer appears on the insolvency register, so ceases to be a matter of public record, and is deleted.

I have been insolvent twice, and i do not appear in there search engine.

Your DRO will stay in the public records section of your credit file for 6 years exactly, it will then be removed automatically.
