Partner taken loan in my name

So at the begging of my relationship with my fianc! I took a loan out in my name to help her pay for all the debt she had from a previous relationship. We have been together for years now but things have started turning sour. I want to and it but I’m scared because I don’t wanna be struggling paying for a loan I gave her it’s not paid of till 2020. She also has credit cards in my name too because she turned herself bankrupt.
I don’t want to go bankrupt myself or end up paying for stuff I didn’t have. What should I do?

If the debts are in your name then you are liable....nothing you can do about that.

Suggest you cancel the credit cards to stop any further debt.

    Look on your credit file.

You need to distinguish between those you took out and those she took out.

You can only report those she took out fraudulently.

Do an experian or clearscore check on yourself and see what comes up. Hopefully not a lot of defaults.........

Register with MSE credit club to see what it shows.

Are you saying she applied without your knowledge?

Find out what the cards are and get them cancelled.
Up to you but you could tell them they were taken out without your consent eg fraud ? Debt may get written off.
