Look Again cancelld order - "account issues" ??

Despite having £2200 credit, a balance of only £150, and NEVER missing a payment, Look Again have just cancelled a £200 order I placed due to "account issues". They will give me no further info.
I have ordered with them for so many years - beds, wardrobes, sofas, and never missed a payment, never late, nothing. Have a standing order set up,in fact.
I am financially in excellent shape, and have no idea why they have done this: any ideas?
