Don't apologise, somerandom.I also love seeing the numbers go up.Sometimes I find it slows down the process writing out the items while I am in the middle of the declutter, but it is so worth it to see the numbers increase on this thread.
This morning I tidied one of the sides in my decluttered kitchen.A few more things set aside for the tip and charity-will list when they leave.
My other job for today was sorting out a large box of clothes my 15yo daughter had set aside for charity (she is also in the middle of decluttering her room.I think she is going to change the theme of her room, and has used the oppotunity to have a huge declutter).I was just checking everything was clean enough for donation, anything ripped/holes in,etc,I separated to donate for rag.
While I was doing this,my 10yo daughter had a friend over to play.My daughter had already gone through this box, fishing out clothes she would like to "inherit".I asked her friend if she would also like to have a look through.I was very pleased when she took 22 items,so that is items 1147-1168 out of the house :j.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Quite frankly I'm amazed that he let go of so much stuff - previous attempts at decluttering have resulted in a one or two items leaving the house. I don't know what got into him this time round!! In fact I put aside a few bits because it was too much for me. - hopefully I will regain my nerve and add them to the list in the next day or so.Shifting my energy for 20200 -

Feel like I'm really slowing down lately - definitely more stuff coming in than going out. I had planned to get some bits sorted this afternoon, but it didn't happen, as my husband went out and I just can't get a thing done when I'm on my own with the kids. Will keep chipping away. Well done everyone, you are all doing fab :T0 -
Taken to charity shop this morning:
1169:kid's book
1170:iron-on transfer
1171:candle
1172:packet of souvenir magnets (from Calabria-I had to look it up:o.)My now 15yo daughter must have been given them at some stage

1177:pencil sharpener
1178:boys' sunglasses

This afternoon,I sorted out the top of a wardrobe at the top of the stairs. There was stuff up there that has not been touched for years(mostly belonging to my OH.)I have had to wash the canvas that encloses the wardrobe,it was so dusty .
From there,
-binned:
1211-1212:2 purses you get from airlines (have set aside the socks from within,to donate for rag)
1213:party blower
-recycled:
1214:empty spice box (I cannot, for the life of me,think why there would be an empty cumin box on the top of the wardrobe at the top of the stairs, though my OH does collect alot of tat,so I shouldn't be surprised
There was also a small-ish bundles of stuff for OH to sort out, decide what he wants to keep/donate/chuck.I left it on his side of the bed so he would see it when he got home.Whan I asked him if he had got around to sorting out the stuff, all he had actually done was shove it in his wardrobe in our bedroom.I am sure the shirts (which he hasn't missed in the years they were at the top of the wardrobe),don't even fit him anymore. When I pointed this out to him,he said "Oh.Ididn't even think of that!" This is what I am up against folks
1215:Just realised I also donated a duster system also.DOn't know where I got it from, and it was never used
1216:yet another brush,binned
1217:returned unused packet of medicine to pharmacySPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76
