  • Well I had a rather successful Weekend work-wise...Not quite as successful as I wanted....but certainly better than other times....so I'm happy....AND keeping up with Debt Repayments which is a new thing for me - For years I would put things off, not pay them, organise to pay double and then not be able to pay it....but now I'm paying what I need to pay each Week...and I'm really proud of myself for that....

Hey Helen, I don't have an update but i just wanted to let you know how proud i am of you. I know i'm a nobody, just a nosey internet person but as a long time reader of your diary i just thought you should know that this internet nobody thinks you're doing amazingly!!

1p interest has been added to my EF :rotfl: Hurry up end of the month when I'll have money to make the first of my regular deposits :p I feel a bit bad that I'm not potting into the EF on an almost-daily basis like I am with my VSP and sealed pot, but I don't want to end up paying into the wrong account by accident :o

Does anyone else have multiple savings pots with other pots prioritised over your EF and how do you do it? :o

It's great that you're keeping up on your debt repayments, Helen, well done! You should be proud of yourself :j

Are you able to sell any of it through FB instead on your local buy and sell group, skye blue? I know it's not for everyone but it might be worth looking into if you haven't done it before? :)

Helen, I like to skim my bank account - I round down the balance and pay the difference into savings. Do this almost every day and it's helping me save more :D
