Swich in process

I started a switch to Bulb on the cheap energy saver club on 4th September. On the 10th Bulb informed me they would be increasing their charges in November, so I cancelled my switch using the instructions given. It said the switch would be cancelled on the cheap energy saver site in two to three days, but it is still not cancelled today(20th)and this is preventing me from choosing another cheap energy provider. Any advice ,tips anyone?

    Best bet is to email the Cheap Energy Club directly, they've responded pretty quickly when I've contacted them in the past.
