If someone has been granted a PARV under rule 20.5
How does the insolvency register know it has been granted? Do the courts who grant it update/send info to the relevant departments?
Rule 11.16 - non disclosure of adress has been granted for the insolvency register/ any records open to public inspection. - Does the court update relevant departments or do you hand in the court order to the OR and then they instruct from there.
Any thoughts

It used to show on the bankruptcy notice issued by the courts (though it is may years since I worked at IS, so it may have changed).0
