    Santander huge cash back ends 5 th may.
    Change your statement date                  Pay your rates DD in full
    any statements dated After 4 th may will not receive the Northern Ireland rates rebate from Santander 
    pay your rates in full by One Direct debit you will get Rates Rebate from rates people And Santander cash back before they withdraw it
    eg. Rates bill £1100 rates cash back £100 Santander cask back£100 only if statement date is before 5 th may
    not sure if this will work, worth trying.
