Have we been scammed? 14th Jun 19 at 1:01 PM
My daughter has been having a terrible time getting a courtesy car that was promised to her by Axa insurance. She has just spent a half hour being redirected and listening to a message from this webpage. It wasn't until she gave up on the call that we noticed the price of the calls. Is this a scam number or is Axa even worse then we thought : http://www.customer-support.uk/phone-number-axa-uk

    That site looks dreadful.

    What is a customer service?
A customer service is a means of contact that companies offer to customers to facilitate after-sales services and business relationships in general.

I wouldn't trust anything off you got off there. It clearly states all the number provided carry hefty premiums and that they will 'redirect' you to AXA.

When you need to contact a company, contact them directly.

That is a scam telephone number it starts with 09 so is premium rate.

    AXA Claims number is 0330 024 1305
or if bought through a broker it is 0345 608 0230
I work in Insurance (Broker). All views are my own.

Thanks zx81, unfortunately my daughter has never had to contact an insurance company before, so has no experience. I wish she had asked me before making contact. The call will cost at least 30, so very frustrating.

Not so much scammed as its clear.

We have found an associated number. To contact you can call the following number and you will be redirected to AXA Assistance:

Call information: Cost of the call 100p/minute
