So wishing I could pull of another wee repayment but it is not meant to be.
Will be however looking forward to receiving my mortgage statement for 2014 sometime in 2015.

You won't remember me but you gave me some very good advice in my early DFW days. I'm really impressed with you managing extra payments in the run up to christmas.
Re presents, I do think a gift given with love and thought is always appreciated more. You've worked hard to make sure DS has a roof over his head and food on the table at Christmas.
