    So wishing I could pull of another wee repayment but it is not meant to be.
    Will be however looking forward to receiving my mortgage statement for 2014 sometime in 2015.
    I wish I could track my payments on line but don't seem to be able to.

    Hi Beanie,
    You won't remember me but you gave me some very good advice in my early DFW days. I'm really impressed with you managing extra payments in the run up to christmas.
    Re presents, I do think a gift given with love and thought is always appreciated more. You've worked hard to make sure DS has a roof over his head and food on the table at Christmas. Don't get caught up in all the comercialisation xx

    Thats great, beanie! You've obviously got a real handle on your incomings and outgoings, and you're careful not to leave yourself in the lurch by overpaying either. Congratulations :)
