Both, Now that UC has finally kicked in, apparenly my wife was overpaid child tax credits and I have to pay half!( not my son)
I haven;t worked since 2011 from an accident, to my legs.
They're chasing me for the overpayment and I only get £225 a month whilst my my ex gets £1400.
I aint got a clue what todo!!!0 -
Good morning everyone. unsure what we are eating at the minute as bought no woopsies for a couple of weeks and the fridge is still full and so is the freezer? I treated us to chis from the chip shop last night - they are £1.80 per bag now :eek::eek:. I usually pay 10p for 2.5kg. Think it will be home made in future, although they were really nice.0

You can't pay back what you haven't got scamps:o You need to be left with enough to live on and most benefit agencies will look at your income and expenditure and work out a repayment plan that you can afford. They will want back what they have given you as they will say that you've had the benefit of that money previously.
