    15k steps a day is great especially if you have a sedentary job. What's GC? I assume a challenge? Sounds like you are doing really well. I'm doing similar but am trying to do weights more regularly to increase my strength and get to eat more in the future!

  • Another quick win should be an underspend on the grocery budget in September and October :T

    I still need to meal plan but I’ve checked our calendar and there are only 21 days between 1 September and 31 October when we are both home for dinner :eek:

  • Yes! Mr MWC has been working in Paris this week so I joined him on Friday for a romantic weekend and then on Monday I’m accompanying him on a business trip to the Faroes for 3 nights :cool:
