Nectar

Has anyone else noticed that Nectar offers that you load to the card online for doubling points on your next 10 visits don't seem to be being added to the account?

    Hi Foxy64 - welcome to MSE forums

    Mine have always been added shortly after I've done my (e.g.)10 visits. Those from the last offer period (ending on 17 Jan), though, have not been added.

    I did a chat enquiry with Nectar and, rather than just add the small number of points, the operator has escalated it to Sainsburys to investigate

    I wonder if it's a more widespread issue this time
