Warehouses that only sells food past its 'sell-by' date

Hi, I am new to the forums so please forgive me if I make a mistake. A new warehouse has opened in Bilston called Rogers Warehouse. It sells food on or past its sell-by date and I wondered if anyone else has any experience of this, e.g. value, quality and use-ability.

    Sell-by date, or use-by date?

If it's the best before date, it's fine. Approved food have been doing it online for years. It's the use by date you need to be concerned about, where there is one.

ETA - just noticed the post date. Think the OP may have given up waiting fur an answer by now.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
