It drives me bats that payments are not made on the 1st of a month if its a weekend or a bank holiday

I would instead write a letter outlining the initial problem, including the long delay you had getting to your online account and also todays problems plus the length of time you were on the phone and the derisory amount you were offered as compensation.

Sometimes a letter will escalate things.

(I got £5 credit from Eon for the problems I had including been held in an endless phone queue)
Thanks mhoc, that is more or less my plan,
I will mention things like, 'your call will be answered in 10 mins'... 24 mins later..
I'll put you on hold briefly... 5 mins later,,,

Thank you for your patience,.. 'i'm not patient now'!!..
    Yep
    the letter will be written

We only went to Mr T this morning with a huge bag for the food bank collection.
I got the Ribena and tyrells for GJ - also got my free lenor, very happy with this.

I also looked for Venus as one version is on GJ but I cant figure out which one and I don't think our store sells it anyway :(

OH decided it was about to rain so he raced about mowing the bottom paddock, then came in for a shower and he is now in his pyjamas (he calls them a lounge suit but its def pjs) at 3 in the afternoon, OMG - if that is what retirement is like ...
Oh yes, you have to get used to #Leisure pants .. bought mine some 8 years ago.. been in his drawer for 7 years + ... he now wears them almost daily!

Seems like the raspberry doughnut and the cherry bakewell are NOT appearing on the APG now.

You will still need one or the other to make them glitch, and nine will compare (providing sainsbobs stock them)
