Another one here that has discovered yoga and mindfullness.........though my mission for being mortgage free has gone out the window to be replaced with savings for holidays.

Will watch your journey with interest. :D

Thanks for posting, and well done on your £10 a day challenge! I used to love doing that, so will definitely be joining in at some point. Although am focusing on KonMari-img the house at the moment so may not have much to sell by time am ready :rotfl:. I love a holiday, and have had some real light bulb life changing moments during them, so think well worth saving for. Where are you hoping to go?

All yoga and mindfulness tips welcomed :D

Love your first post MW. You have made so much progress with your mortgage since you first started a diary. Will be following this one again with interest. I've just started a bit of mindfulness but am not doing it as well or as often as I should.

Thanks CathT, and you too with all of your home improvements! Glad you'll be following along.

I often feel like that about my mindfulness practice, I've been most successful with the headspace app, and the guy really makes me feel ok about my mind wandering, he has a very gentle approach to help bringing your mind back to the breath.

Oh next holiday is already booked. :rotfl: We usually holiday towards end of May to the beginning of June. We have been to the same place in northern Corfu twice and this year we decided change was in order so we went on a cruise. Although we enjoyed it.....not sure if cruising is for us so we are back to Corfu next year. The last couple of years are the first we could get away without worrying about the kids. Old enough to look after themselves now. So going abroad is still a bit novel.

I have used the free headspace app and really enjoyed it but didnt subscribe once the free time was up.

Need to find a good class on youtube to start doing a bit at home.
I normally do classes at the gym but dont think 1 or 2 classes is enough. So any recommendations gratefully received. :D
    Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £60

That one got through - well done for perserving! Need to catch up on your diary... actually probably need to read the whole thing again as I have a memory like a sieve so can't remember where I left it :rotfl:!

Let me know if you make it to London again, hopefully this time the self-care will mean I'm well enough to meet up!;)

That's interesting, I've heard loads of people rave about family cruises but suspect I might feel the same as you. Plus they are REALLY expensive! I've not been to Corfu yet, but hope to one day. And as much as I love the kids, will enjoy holidaying without them once they are old enough not to worry about... however old that may be!

I love the headspace app, you can get it free for a year if you join anxiety UK which is £35, so works out half price :money:. I just joined so need to do it daily to make sure am actually getting the full benefit. The advanced courses are excellent.

Can really recommend Yoga with Adrienne on y0utube, I would suggest starting with her first 30 day yoga challenge (from 2015). I like her relaxed attitude and enjoy the mindful element to her practice.
