mmm funny thatWe may not win by protesting, but if we don’t protest we will lose.
If we stand up to them, there is always a chance we will win.0 -
I got to know Chris Grayling quite well during Brexit,
I have spoke to him about the great GLADSTONES / IPC / IAS SCAM, he is going to look in to it. I also told him about the Parking (Code of Practice) Bill 2017-19. lets see what happens
I have checked and it’s definitely something that DCLG are looking to sort out at the moment. They have responsibility for parking rules – and the regulation of operators. They are working on suitable plans.
Best wishes

I would leave that out. I think the POFA says the adjudicators have to be legally trained. It's the IAS that says that they are barrisatas or soliciting.
I think it's more important to ask the question and see what they say. I'm not sure who you can complain to if they refuse to tell you.
If they do answer, then you can check the name against the SRA to see if the IAS have lied.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Got this today, Really Really Scared now LOL
We have received notification from the IAS - The Independent Appeals Service that after adjudication of your
case they have decided to reject your appeal. You will have also received notification rejecting your appeal
along with the adjudicators' comments.
Please note that your appeal has now been rejected by Parking Control Management and The Independent
Appeals Service and there is now no further opportunity for you to appeal the above PCN.
As previously advised the full parking charge of £100.00 will apply in the event your appeal is rejected by the
IAS.
This reminder is to inform you that from the date you received your decision, you had fourteen days to make
payment of the full outstanding balance.
Amount Paid to Date: £0.00
Amount Outstanding: £100.00
If payment is not made to us within the time frame, the case will be passed to a Debt Collection Agency who
may add any reasonable administration costs and may commence enforcement proceedings via the County
Court.
We would ask you to consider the implication if this case was heard in a County Court and a County Court
Judgment (CCJ) is successfully obtained against the driver. Additional Court Fees and Solicitors Costs could be
incurred and added to the outstanding debt. If no payment is received is received we may refer your case to
our instructed debt Recovery Company and/or Solicitors, at which point the charge will increase to £160.00.
In order to avoid the above course of action you must make payment in full to the address shown overleaf. If
you wish to pay by Credit or Debit Card you can call our payment line on 0845 867 9445. Further information
and payment methods can be found on the reverse of this letter.
Yours sincerely,

You are scared by that, a begging letter from a denture deficient debt collector, better avoid watching Telly Tubbies.
Do get a grip, this is a scam, in most residential parking cases which get to court the PPCs crash and burn.rYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
