    I have a couple of other things really playing on my mind at the moment.
    One is to do with the food bank.
    The other is to do with a social event/fundraiser that I am going to in a couple of weeks. DS's GF is organising it. I have said I am going which I will but a couple of my ex sisters in law will be there. Have very mixed feeling & I know it will be very hard.

    Is it a problem with the FB or a decision making worry if that makes sense?

    I'm sure DS and GF will be sensitive to the situation. Is it a big enough event that you don't have to spend time or be in the vicinity of your sister-in-laws if you don't want to be. And would you be able to turn up to show support but maybe not stay for the whole event - if that's what you're worried about of course. I could be on completely the wrong track here :o xx

    I have been writing my worries down in a notebook which has helped, under the headings - what is worrying me? (doh!), what about this is out of my control?, what is within my control? what can I do right now to work towards a positive solution?

    I got it from a course at work and it has really helped to stop my mind going over stuff that I can't control.
