PC for exceeding time in retail car park, appeal template search

Hi,

I have read the NEWBIES thread but not sure if its me, or I'm missing the search. I'm looking for the template to appeal UKPC parking charge for exceeding time while shopping at Leeds Crown Point. I was there an exta hour, but only in one shop, never left the site. I have 2 TK max receipts. I just lost the track of the time while shopping. As I spend a fair amount of money there, I feel that is really unfair to pay this car park charge.
In the letter, they have provided 2 pictures of my car entering and leaving the car park.

Any help with the template or any information would be much appreciate.
Thank you

  • thank you for the advise. I'm about to write to the store manager.

as for the template, I have seen this blue text, but not sure if that applies to me as they have provided those 2 images of my car leaving and entering the car park?

Just send the blue text template appeal as it is.

Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.

    Send it as the keeper.
  • ok, thank you. And if appeal is not successful request POPLA code?

When they refuse your appeal, they will supply a PoPLA code.

The advice is the same for both of you.

Complain to the landowner, read the NEWBIES, appeal using the template from the NEWBIES, take pictures of the signs, start your own threads if you need further help.

    Hi,
I just got back from holidys and received new letter from UKPC asking to confirm the full name and address of the driver in order for them to make a final decision.
Failure to provode it, it will make them to make a decision based on the previos responce and POPLA code will be provided.

I understand that I should not provide any information regarding the driver.
So does that mean I just wait until the next letter with POPLA code will arrive?
    Mnay thanks for your help.

Yes, that's exactly what it means.
