As expected - you will get nothing if the PCN was since the end of March time.

    :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

BPA still shows UKPC as an Approved Operator

So we are to assume that despite UKPC being banned
for the second time by the DVLA, the BPA still think
they are good enough to be classed as Approved ???

Is this all part of the scam operated from the Gobi desert ?

they ARE approved , its just that at the moment they are banned untill further checks have been done by the DVLA , if they are found guilty (they are on remand) , then the BPA must follow the DVLA actions

I hope they are squirming right now and really hope UKPC are about to be kicked out.

Trouble is, the IPC will then probably sweep them up.

Probably, then we will really know they are scammers
Pinky and Perky would love more scammers until
    their time is up

I really hope Sir Greg Knight knows what he is doing ???

as per my question to the BPA last week , and there reply

"a freedom of information request shows that UKPC are banned from DVLA access , upto 30/04/2018 https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/481092/response/1154926/attach/2/FOIR6821%20Anthony%20Jones.pdf?cookie_passthrough= %20%201

please could you confirm if this is still the case , or if access has now been allowed

I note your site update of AOS members , for May shows them as AOS members , is this an oversight? ""

    and the reply :

"Your questions should be directed to the DVLA - I am not prepared to answer them.

They are on our list of members as they are still BPA/AOS members"

CM , beamerguy , "if" they get banned by the BPA they "cannot" join the IPC to get access

I suspect , loss of 3 brownie points and all will be well (with BPA cash income"
