we did a full and final iva in 2005, weve been through a claims company 
and have been offered over £18000 for miss selling ppi. do we get to keep the money ?? this offer was after it went to the ombudsman.the letter that came to us from lloyds says it will send a cheque to us within 28 days...but will that come to us or the claims company:eek:

If not you will be liable for there bill, typically 30%. :eek:
There will be no trace of your IVA now after 13 years, so if the companies concerned were not aware of it, then they will not of informed your old IP.
