Bringing back licensing for pets

PLEASE ALLOW ME TO PUT THIS "SUGGESTION" ON HERE IN LIGHT OF THE VAST AMOUNT OF STOLEN, MISSING, LOST & FOUND PETS, ALONG WITH THE INCREASING AMOUNT OF IRRESPONSIBLE OWNERS (- REMEMBER THE INFAMOUS DUMPING OF THE DOG - ON THE NEWS - WHICH RAN AFTER THE CAR AND IT'S OWNER)!
We need 10,000+ signatures before Parliament will even look at this terrible situation. Please READ the petition for further details.

UPDATE … Parliament have finally checked and approved this Petition, and so it is NOW available to sign (and share)!

We do need every signature possible to actually get the Government to even consider this action.
