I have 2 accounts with £3000 in each.
My question would be why?...when you only earn interest on up to £1,500.

Good spot! I should have said 2 accounts with £1500 in each!

My Mum got £275 extra after £25 at the time which she had been happy with as only minor inconvenience was caused to her.
  • May I ask what those minor inconveniences were?

Something like not being able to pay the deposit and first rent to the new landlord while moving home? That's what happened to me. Also spent over 1 hour waiting on the phone which costed me around £11. I did not complain yet though. Should I do it now or is it too late?

This happened to me three times now, £218 went in Friday (letter received Thursday), £131.50 in August, £250 in February and the amount from the original complaint - cant remember how much as that account closed a long time ago now.

All in all think I've had about £600

Her minor inconveniences were being unable to log in online for a couple of days, for no real reason other than to check the balance and a couple of more days when it was a real chore trying to log in but she could manage it eventually and a non urgent small payment couldn't be made for a few days.

£25 not bad and £300 compensation was excellent for that.

Is there anyone who hasn't received another letter recently?

I got £25 at the time (for being unable to login, access a savings account which was maturing and being unable to send a payment to cover a bill which eventually had to be paid in cash at Pay Point) but not heard anything since.

I haven't either, but I took my case to the FOS.

I haven't received another letter recently, but did get £150 in October 2018, many months after the complaint was made.

I haven't but I did receive £150 at the time. My minor complaint was that I couldn't send a payment (it was only the interest on my plus accounts).
