lendusaquid - although I don't wish to be offensive to a newbie, you're talking rubbish! Council Tax is not a "contract" it is, as its name says a tax, which like income tax is lawfully imposed upon the individual. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Well it might be legal but it is not lawful.

I don't know enough about and certainly haven't the time to investigate the US constitution/law passing system to decide if her theories are sound.
But anyone who quotes anything written/spoken by David Icke loses credibility.

Simple to prove. The law of the land says do no harm. If there is no injured party, then no law has been broken. This is the Common law of England,USA,Canada and 50 other countries.

Statutes and Acts of Parliament are given the force of law by the CONSENT of the governed.
Knowing how to not consent, is the tricky part and needs study and research.0 -

..and will get you nowhere as far as Council Tax is concerned!0 -
I suggest reading up on the common law. The Anti terrorist has some excellent videos on You Tube on how to stand in court and claim your rights. And how to avoid consent and getting into contract with them. Also type into a search engine "freeman on the land" for some info from people who are doing this very thing.
Those that dont know how to claim their rights dont have any rights.0 -
