Hi,
I'm looking for some advice please. My uncle passed away late last year and named my sister and I as the beneficiaries.
My Nan passed away a week ago and my Uncle was named a beneficiary in her will.
With my uncle's estate still in probate. Where does that leave him as a beneficiary in my Nan's (his mother's) will?
Any advice would be kindly appreciated.

Just to clarify - that's the residuary beneficiaries of your nan's will, not your uncles.0 -
The exact wording of BOTH wills is crucial. Without that nobody can say.0
