missing esa payment

Hi guys.
My mother is severely disabled and recieves esa like clockwork every other saturday, she phone d me this morning in tears as she has had no payment and no warning! i spoke to a friend and they have not had child tax credit payed either so im wondering if this is a nationwide issue?

Could be late due to last Monday being a Bank Holiday.

However, it seems odd that your money goes in on a weekend rather than a weekday!
