Question.. Plevin and store cards

Hi there... I am trying to get my head around the dates and the 2008 element.

On my store cards I ended the ppi when I realised it was not needed given other benefits etc, most of the cards I had I believe this was pre 2008..... however I still had the store cards after 2008.

Does this mean that Plevin would not apply or it would still apply.

I do have one card 8 know still had minimal ppi in 2011 from an old statement.
