    So what happened to all the billions we were over charged with the guidance from Ofwat over the last few years.

    Seems have a utility and you can basically print your own money.

    I think the articles is correct. Some companies only supply water and do not have sewerage facilities.

    For instance most properties with water supplied by South Staffs will pay their sewerage charges to Severn Trent, Portsmouth water customers pay sewerage charges to Southern water etc.

    In most of Essex it's Essex Water Co who supply it and Anglian Water who take it away.
    AFAIK in Cambridge they've got Cambridge Water who deliver it but it's taken away by Anglian. I live in Cambridgeshire (but not Cambridge) and it's both supplied and collected by Anglian.
