I had the email regarding the free Perfect fit pack - as above on May 29th but still nothing has arrived into the bank account yet - it was supposed to be 3 working days.
I cant seem to find a relevant contact page either

Has anyone had their money refunded from this one?

It's been on CheckoutSmart so I shall be keeping an eye on there to see if they extend their offer so I can make a profit on it.

It vanished off my COS last Friday but then reappeared on Quidco clicksnap at the weekend - £1 cashback but only until today unless it gets extended.
    At the moment

    Sainsburys £2.20
    Waitrose £3.49

I've had an email today apologising for the delay and confirming it's now being processed.

    Back on again:
    https://fuel10k.com/terms-conditions/

Official MoneySavingExpert insert Tue 10 Jul: If you sign up to the newsletter at Fuel, you'll be sent a link to claim a 'free' Fuel breakfast granola until Tue 31 Jul.

It's valid on any flavour of granola - but you can only claim back the cost of one of the five flavours. See full T&Cs.

Once you have the link, buy the product, go via the link and upload a photo of the receipt and enter your details. After 2-3 working days, you should get the amount back to your bank account or Paypal account. As this is cashback, think of it as an extra and not guaranteed, and don't buy a product if you won't use or donate it.

Big thanks to m1kjm for the original post!

Their terms were contradictory last time but they honoured the best offer.
