Some great losses rolling in! Well done beanie, gtq, sky, sunflower and vixstar.:T

You've got us really confused now! I'm reading that you're now 3.5 lbs. under target. That's great and I'm sure a few Smarties will see you OK for next week.;) Are you happy with your target or might you drop it?:)

Have a great holiday denise. Hope the weather holds out for you.:)

Not sure what to have for dinner yet as I've yet to do a meal plan or a shop. Definitely going to Sainsbury's though as 25% off wine syns!:j:D

No, I dont think that I want to loose another 1/2 a stone really.
I have already adjusted my target.

Your Poppy would cheer anyone up tweets . She's such a happy little love. :)

A meal plan doesn't have to be all freshly cooked Stoke . I always plan in frozen HM ready meals for changes of plan and quick, easy meals like omelettes that I can do in minutes. You've definitely got the right idea. Don't be too hard on yourself. It's not your fault that England lost out. It certainly wasn't through lack of support. You did your best! :D

I did my meal plan and shop. Today's EE menu :
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk
L: bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and courgettes
D: baked cod, SW chips, mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus
Syns: weekend wine. Tastes better 25% off! :D

  • Do not climb Ben Nevis in kitten heels!

Oh SSM you do make me laugh ...you must be the only person I know whose more accident prone than me!

No I won't wear the kitten heels.....have some seriously unsexy mountain boots with matching unsexy socks.

Weighed on the way up and am reporting +2 lbs but not worrying about it or being on plan this weekend.

Will try & report in tomorrow but have a good day whatever you get up to x
