  • Do you have room for a late-comer please? I've not been on this thread in previous years but have been op-ing my mortgage. Total left to pay is £11,151.71, not counting interest of around £40 a month.

Aiming to OP £3,000 by the end of 2018, i.e. £300 a month on average. My income varies a bit but we have a big holiday coming up in September and there's that little thing called Christmas too (though I still managed about £300 extra in December last year)... anyway I am saying my repayments will not be steady!

    Welcome! You're #30. :)

    Hi hiddenshadow,

Think my entry's got a tad confused on the spreadsheet. Feb's total was £505.23:

    Hi all,
Dropping in to report payments for January and February. January was quite lean due to needing 3 new tyres and a new battery for the car. Still catching up a little in February but not made as good of payments as i'd hoped.

    No.108 reporting overpayments of:-
    Jan- £174.01
    Feb- £200

HUGE thanks to all for the support and encouragement

Good luck to all and keep beating down those mortgages
