I currently invest 300£ per month each with my wife and increasing to £500 in halifax shares isa ,I am thinking of investing £10000 in my company will this count against my tax free allocation ?
Thanks Andy

What exactly is 'your company'?
Most likely it isn't listed and hence you won't be able to invest in it within an ISA, however if it is a publicy listed company (and I assume you work for that company rather than own it!) then as long as it is eligible to be held within an ISA you can buy it in your ISA. Any new money you add to an ISA counts towards the annual allowance."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett
